Racial Trauma

Experiences of racism, discrimination, and systemic injustice can leave deep emotional wounds. Racial trauma often shows up as exhaustion, hypervigilance, anger, sadness, or a sense of carrying more than others realize. You deserve a space where your experiences are believed, validated, and understood.

What You May Be Carrying

You might be navigating the impact of microaggressions, workplace bias, generational trauma, or repeated experiences of being dismissed or minimized. These moments accumulate over time, affecting your sense of safety, identity, and belonging. Therapy offers a place to unpack these experiences without having to explain or justify them.

How I Support You

My approach is culturally responsive, affirming, and grounded in understanding the realities of racial stress. Together, we’ll explore how these experiences have shaped your emotional world, strengthen your resilience, and help you reclaim a sense of empowerment and self-worth. You don’t have to carry this alone.

Virtual Therapy Across Multiple States

I provide virtual therapy for adults located in Indiana, New Jersey,  Nevada, Minnesota, New Mexico Illinois, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Washington state where I’m licensed. Online sessions offer comfort, flexibility, and accessibility, allowing you to receive support from wherever you are.

A Gentle Invitation
